Washing Process
HOW IT WORKS
A PROFESSIONAL WASH, FROM START TO FINISH.
We come to your depot, yard or worksite and take care of the entire washing process — from site preparation through to the final quality check.
Whether we're washing one truck or an entire fleet, our process is designed to deliver a thorough, consistent clean while keeping disruption to your operation to a minimum.
WE ARRIVE & PREPARE
Our mobile team arrives at your scheduled location and prepares the wash area before work begins.
Where required, the wash area is secured and appropriate measures are put in place to manage wastewater and prevent dirty wash water from entering stormwater drains.
SITE READY → WASH READY
PRE-TREAT & BREAK DOWN THE DIRT
We start by attacking the dirt before we start washing.
A suitable cleaning solution is applied across the vehicle to help loosen built-up dirt, grime, road film and other contaminants.
This allows the cleaning process to work more effectively before the main wash begins.
DETAIL THE HARD-TO-REACH AREAS
Because a quick rinse isn't a professional wash.
Our team works through the vehicle using appropriate manual cleaning techniques to reach areas that automated or high-pressure washing alone can miss.
Corners, chassis areas, wheels, steps, guards and other difficult-to-reach areas receive attention where required.
DEEP CLEAN THE VEHICLE
Now we bring the power.
Once the surface has been treated and manually worked, the vehicle is thoroughly cleaned using the appropriate combination of washing equipment, brushes and water pressure.
The process is adapted to the vehicle and its condition to help achieve a consistent result without unnecessarily aggressive cleaning.
THOROUGH HIGH-PRESSURE RINSE
Clean it. Rinse it. Don't leave anything behind.
The vehicle is thoroughly rinsed to remove remaining dirt, cleaning solution and residue.
The result is a clean, professional finish across the truck, trailer or commercial vehicle.
FINAL QUALITY CHECK
Before we call it done, we check the job.
Once the wash is complete, the vehicle is inspected to ensure the required areas have been properly cleaned and the service has been completed to the expected standard.
THEN YOU'RE READY TO GET BACK ON THE ROAD.
